Registered with the Registrar of Companies, Chhattisgarh (RoC-Chhattisgarh), our foundation holds a Corporate Identification Number (CIN): U85500CT2025NPL017452. Structured as a private, not-for-profit company, MAATRIDRISHTI WELFARE FOUNDATION is committed to creating positive social impact and driving inclusive development. With an authorized share capital of ₹1,00,000 and a paid-up capital of ₹10,000, we have laid the groundwork to initiate and support welfare activities that uplift and empower communities in need. Though newly established, we carry a strong vision and purpose to contribute meaningfully towards social welfare, community development, and human dignity.
